So, What are we doing here?

The man is going to study how to make wine.
Well, he already knows how to make wine, but we needed an excuse to go on living on an island didn't we?
So here we are. The man will master his Oenology knowledge (WineMakeology as we call it), Little M will acquire another language and me? Well, I will master the Slow Lane Way of Living (more about that later on) and hopefully, some new things are about to come up very soon!
