Hello Monday!
It is nice to be back after a relaxing weekend!!
We had a really good one other than a little accident on Saturday morning. I was playing with the Little Miss (yes, that's the little one in the photo above), jumping on the bed, having fun, and after a while I laid down to rest. The little was still full on and showed off with one of her brave head jumps, but instead of falling on the bed, the back of her head met my nose... There was a scary crack noise and then a lot of blood... I was sure I broke my nose. The Little Miss didn't even understood what happened which is probably for the best but I was in such pain the whole day.
I have to admit that I started imagining myself with some notable Barbra-Streisand-kind-of-nose, and with a very keen heart it was, but no, my nose is still a bit swollen but I'm all fine now and back to the oh-so-boring-nose-of mine.
Those photos were taken yesterday afternoon while we visited good friends of ours. They live in a magnificent spot up at the Adelaide Hills.
The house is situated on a little hill in a middle of a wide gully. From a distance it looks like a floating island in the midst of enchanting garden.
They have a little creek going all around the property, that is streaming into a beautiful pond surrounded by million different flowers.
This place always reminds me of the book The Secret Garden that I loved so much as a child. Each time we're there, we find a new trail, a hidden path we have never seen before, a surprising looking tree and other wonders.
You can view a couple of more photos of this place here.
How was your weekend? Hope you had your chance to relax and unwind!!
Here's to a great week ahead!
