Good chance you have already heard the buzz about Google's latest baby - The Art Project.
The Art Project, which was announced yesterday, utilities the same concept as in Google Maps street view and offers you a virtual tour at some of the greatest museums and art galleries from all around the world.

It is a dazzling experience to 'walk' around and visit the different museums. The artworks seem within hand's reach and the details, when you zoom in, are incredible. You feel like you can almost touch it; Any brush strike, crack, and scratch are visible.

This morning I was just visiting the State Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia, the Tate in London and I'm now off for a quick sneak peek at the MoMA in NY. Later on I will create my very own art collection with pieces from all around the world!

Have you tried The Art Project yet? Make yourself a cuppa and go visit your favorite museum!! Just beware, it is pretty addictive.

Let me know how you find this experience!

/// Shown here is a little stroll and artworks from The State Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia.
