Anna Emillia's blog always makes me happy. I love the curious way she looks at the world and her beautiful art which is so soothing. I should get me one of her drawings. Soon.

It seems like everyone around me is going to Paris lately. Well guys, I'll be honest with you. That's okay if you go (and don't take me with you even!) but please, please, stop taking all those fabulous photos of the mouthwatering delicatessens you're eating! Or at least - don't post them! These photos are a part of feast-for-the-eyes post by Katie of Thank You, OK

Pennyweight's post series top to bottom is so fresh and fun.

I want to copy this. Entirely. Including the mirror, antique suitcase, the rugs, leather sofa and white painted floor.

Empirical Style is a place full with curiosities. I'm loving the vibe of their vintage posters.

Beautiful paintings by Alex Steckly (via Booooooom)

The works of Swiss-born, Paris based artist Felice Varini are fascinating: The geometric designs you see are not layered digitally on the photo but painted directly onto the building and are seen in perfect shape only from one specific angle. Check out more on the Jealous Curator.

I wish I could visit Anish Kappor's 'Leviathan' exhibition at Monumenta, Paris.
Is that how it feels like to be walking on Mars and seing seven suns?
Another outer-space experience - Lykke Li performs “I Follow Rivers” live on the moon
I'm still under the weather which is such a shame as we're having such beautiful sunny days here! I hope to drag myself out later today to soak some sun.

ha, I'd have to agree with you about the parisian photos - sometimes it's unbearable to stare at them (without getting all pouty and saying 'I want to be there!').
ReplyDeleteLove everything here, but I couldn't help to feel the scandinavian vibes on everything except for perhaps the building designs and then I saw Lykke-Li at the last of the post and smiled :)
ReplyDeleteAlso, love those vintage posters!
Have a great friday!
Hope you're feeling better soon! If it makes you feel any better, I won't be going to Paris anytime soon! ;)
