Here is my reading list for August. I'm already half way through Ghostwritten - it is the first novel by one of my favorite authors - David Mitchell, and I enjoy it to bits. I really don't want it to end but at the same time I can't wait to read the rest of the books on my list.

next will be The Dewey Decimal System by author/musician Nathan Larson.

I love seeing peoples reading lists and dreaming about the books I could be reading... I just don't have the time these days :( There is nothing better than getting totally lost in a really good book! sigh... maybe one day I will find the time :)

Oh ... your books look and sound interesting (I did a little googling about each of them). At the moment I'm finishing off 'I Capture the Castle' ... but beyond that, I haven't chosen what's next ... though you've inspired me to have a think about it sooner rather than later! :)

I love reading lists! These all look really good. Right now I am re-reading 'Mara and Dann' by Doris Lessing (one of my favourite books!) and next I'm not sure... I've been in the mood for fantasy novels lately, so I might read 'Game of Thrones'.

ReplyDeleteLOVE cloud atlas by david mitchell, and On Beauty by Zadie Smith, I didn't like White Teeth as much! I just had a book themed wedding shower where i registered for books! love it!
