Barossa Slow

Hurray! Slow is coming near us!
Barossa Valley is going to hold the International Slow Food event - Slow Barossa 2009 on the beginning of October.
It would be a great excuse for us to visit the Barossa!

The program looks great and if it wasn't too expensive for our student's budget, we would surely not miss even one event.


On my list:
- The Farmers Market which I wanted to visit for long time now,
- The 'Torbreck Terroir' is a great opportunity to meet the man behind the remarkable Torbreck vineyard and to learn about his philosophy.
- Last but not least is the 'Long Table' dinner. Sound too good to be missed!!
