We traveled to the city yesterday to see it painted and coloured with light as part of Adelaide Festival.
It was so magical and magnificent!
I don't know how much of it you can see in the photographs if you don't know the buildings in their day-to-day appearance, but let me tell you - it is amazing work of lights!
As part of the festival, For the next 38 nights, The historic architectural icons on Adelaide's North Terrace; The State Library of South Australia, the South Australian Museum, the Art Gallery of South Australia, Elder Hall and many others take the spotlight from dusk until 1.00am.
The internationally acclaimed Electric Canvas, uses digital software and giant projectors to turn Colonel Light's 19th century vision into a 21st century vision in light.
Don't miss it if you're around!
Old technology.
