The Battle of Trafalgar by Barnaby Barford

The Battle of Trafalgar installation reflects British artist Barnaby Barford's twisted version of Trafalgar square.
Barford takes both mass manufactured and antique porcelain figurines and creates new little scenes out of them. The result is humorous and very smart.
At first look the sculptures seem so sweet, but when looking again, you might feel some tension in the scene and find the little sculptures rather sad than romantic.

    These are great! It just gets dirtier and dirtier as I was scrolling down, sad but oh so great!
