Whenever I post about geometric design, I find it hard to stop after just one post.
Again and again I'm attracted to the familiar shapes in their organized aesthetics.
These little brooches by Melbourne designer Emily Green are just gorgeous and the way she presents them in her photographs is stunning.
I enjoyed the way she describes her designs:
"My designs explore chaotic geometric shapes that use energetic colours and contrasting textures to create harmonious compositions. Through observations of organic textures and forms and congruous colour palettes, my designs reference my world and the aesthetic of Melbourne’s inner north."
P.S. I have lately discovered Twitter... Yes, yes, I know I'm so behind fashions.
But I'm catching up quickly! Come join me!
Oh I love these! Just checked out her shop and she sells some fab beaded necklaces too. I recently made my first etsy purchase (it hasn't arrived in the UK yet..) and I can see it's going to be a new addiction.
