I'm in love with theses old-time looking, geometric wooden blocks from General Store.
Hand cut, sanded and painted by one of me recent favorite artists - Serena Mitnik-Miller (that co-owned the General Store with her husband).

I love the relaxed, earthy color palette Serena had chosen for her blocks as well as the way she left three dimensions clean from paint, what keeps the natural feel and touch of the reclaimed wood. Simply beautiful.

  1. They are lovely - they look 'real' and 'authentic' ... not like some pieces which can look like they're trying too hard to be both those things.

  6. They're lovely, very much keen on the colors... the mix of soft pastels and dark grays and blacks.
